In the endless desire of the political class to do something about the atmosphere at Cornell, NY lawmakers are floating a law to require refunding of tuition to sexual assault victims.
What does that prove...If someone has enough of the goods on the college to qualify, they can' get a lot more through litigation or threatened litigation.

I don't care about rape victims at Cornell or in Trump's Epstein files! I don't care!

Does the Pearl Street Pub follow NY law regarding sexual harassment training?
Would this new law cover both genders or just future gestating parents?
Yes of course we do, but when dealing with agencies like the NYS Division of Human Rights, which are crooked as a rams horn, doing the right thing doesn't matter.
