Not an expert on roofs but that building in the Park getting a new one has some kind of specialty roof that has stuff growing on in it….How about a contractor comes in and strips it and puts a nice forest green metal roof up there…..Why do taxpayers have to pay ?

I was driving across the Pearl St Bridge a few minutes ago and there was a dude laid out on the sidewalk….Two people had come across him and I stopped to make sure they had a phone and the were calling 911…I asked if he was breathing , and he moved his head so I moved on…Nobody else stopped…God help any of us who need help.

I heard you complaining about not being able to find anybody to install faucets. Are you really that ignorant 5:30 PM? It’s pretty common with a long-term ground lease for the tenant to pay for capital improvements, maintenance, and taxes.
Of course, it’s also common for a tenant to actuallypay rent. Otherwise it’s called squatting…or in your case since you extort money from the city AND don’t pay rent or taxes or utilities, it’s called. “You’re a piece of shit”.
