Add Letitia James, with no experience prosecuting such crimes and a clear and stated predisposition that the charges are true....And justice flies out the window....

The AG’s office is not the proper place to have this handled, as it does not have the necessary experience or expertise in sex crime prosecutions. AG James is a particularly poor choice given the timing of an imminent election. Has unfortunately turned the matter into a political case.
While the asserted facts make out serious and dishonorable conduct by those accused, and a mishandling of the investigation, it is wrong to judge them until all of the facts are established. At a criminal level, the suspects are presumed innocent, and the alleged conduct may not even amount to rape because of the anachronistic so called “voluntary intoxication loophole” in NY law.
Meanwhile, those commentators engaged in victim blaming are disgusting, and show a lack of moral character and human decency.
This is the real thing going on behind all of this. Many MAGA fuckers feel entitled to rape women. They felt that way back then and they feel that way now. Just because something has been wrong for a long time doesn't mean it's not wrong.
