Not much is know about what if anything will happen, but with 661 sold for $290K can you service that amount of money on the welfare rents or does the building need to be improved and rented to non-bums.
Looks like the house across from me is no longer being rented to the NFPs as a half way house...Say some normal people moving in the other day after the one has completed remodeling the two apartments.
