Town folk pay $3.50 a bag to drop off their trash ate then Town of Watertown transfer site. Jim Wright is navigating the switch from bags to stickers.
People like going there as it's a social event and the City should consider a central drop off at $3 a bag. To save fiddy cent, some of the town folk might come in to use the service.
We can keep trash pick up for those who need or want it.

Excessively high! I pay $1.67 a bag. Time to discontinue city trash removal.
Someone has to pay for the excessive DPW salaries.
Will you stop droning on about people want a central drop center for garbage. I live in the city partly so I don't have to go to the dump. Why would anyone want to go to the dump when they can simply place their trash on the curb? You keep repeating this lie, but it doesn't make it true.

Difficult for the city as collective bargaining staff would be mandated.
