Former Mayor Joe Butler Sr has passed ….Mayor Butler served from 2000-2004 He was a good and decent servant and always a gentleman.
Sincere sympathies to his family and to Joe Jr who also served as mayor.
I called the Mayors son upon hearing the news as we share the bond of having been fortunate to have been chosen to lead our City.
