The NY Legislature always like a crisis or injustice...Now they want to outlaw higher speed e-bikes.....Claiming these bikes can do 50mph or more they want it 20 or below...
Still a danger as the vehicle is competing in traffic, without the power to do so.
The disadvantaged need affordable transportation...That what these things are for many. You'd think Albany would realize that.

Go to any Third World country in the whole population is zooming around on these, where they once used two stroke motorbikes. We need to make our streets look like Vietnam.
