Not many of them in upstate House races but does it matter ? Only if you make a mistake like refusing to shake your opponents hand...Whatever is said is forgotten....Now the Biden debate was the exception. It sent Joe to the showers.
But most people don't pay much attention. And stations don't want to waste air time on them and on line means fewer viewers.
In previous elections, I could always say I had the pleasure as a voter of having met all the candidates....But this year, that's not even the case. Have never met the Democrat or even heard a sound bite of the Democrat running in my CD and SD.......There's a guy running for the Blankenbush seat who has never been seen.
Certainly no debates in our neck of the woods...Locally about a third of people 18 and older will vote, and surely they have all decided.

No need for debates as we already know the Democratic platform... If Trump's for it, then they're against it. Additionally they never post anything Pro-Democrat, it's always just anti-Trump.

Hardly anybody even knows the name of Congresswoman Tenney’s opponent, and given the frequency of her visits to NY24, hardly worth the trip for a debate. Deep red district, and she still wins without any debates,, probably by double digits.
NY21 is a different story. Based on overwhelming Republican registration advantage and past voting history, pundit sites like the Cook report list it as “solid red”, but taking into account Constantino’s campaign so far, most have already moved it to “leans” or “tilts” Republican. The race could indeed be close.
Given his pugnacious nature and apparent need to hurl personal insults at opponents, it would be natural to expect Sticker Mule to welcome the confrontation afforded by debates. Out of respect for those voters that consider issues, candidates in contested races owe them debates. No question that Constantino’s professional strategists will attempt to avoid this, and advise him to blame the “Fake” media. They realize that when it comes to debating issues, even if they are represented by an empty chair, it would be better than unleashing Constantino.
Regardless, Tonie the Clown wins.

So true, Democrats and decent people alike are against things like you know - raping women, pedophilia, defending pedophiles, starting illegal wars, dropping bombs on school girls, funding the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, Nazi like Gestapo running around murdering American citizens on American streets, murdering 200K brown people while fishing, insurrection, blatant corruption, racism, fascism, the open assault on our 1st. Amendment rights, the suppression of a free press, hate in general, and the fvcking constant gas lighting from a guy that shits his pants.
You know, all the things Republicans love and embrace. It’s true, Democrats are guilty of being against all of those things.
