So the alleged murderer raped a young teen in 2013 before heading south in a stolen car for some crime…and he was on a sex offender registry living at 661 according to a Times article today. It’s a welfare hotel generating strong cash flow in vouchered rent. Nice of them to place this dude in such fertile turf.
