That house at 335 Meadow Street with all the trash is listed as being owned by a Patrick Soung and was purchased in 2022 for $160k. Not a horrible looking house but one wonders how all that crap ended up stretching out to the road. Hate to see kids playing in the debris or having to use the street since the sidewalk s blocked.
If staff can declare an emergency demolition, isn’t this an emergency of sorts as it’s not only unsightly but could be dangerous.
Clean it up . This wouldn’t be allowed on Ives Street.
