Rather than eliminate a bad idea, Albany appears on its way to delaying to 2040 the electric school bus mandate,,,,,,All part of the flurry of last minute budget deals as the spending plan will no not be voted on till next week,
Inflation and energy prices are destroying smaller and midsized city/town budgets nationwide. Thanks Donald, Benjamin, Pete, Marco, and Congress. And mama’s, don’t let your babies grow up to support tariffs.
I moved from Watertown in the early 80’s, telling those that asked why, “there’s nothing here for me. All there is to do is hunt, fish, drink, or do drugs.” And it’s worse now. All the good restaurants are disappearing or gone in favor of chain sit-down and chain fast food.

It's too soon for fully electric large vehicles.
Where is the charging infrastructure, and can the grid handle mass charging of such large batteries?
