So the NAACP has betrayed its rich history with a callow and shadow call for young black athletes to boycott playing on state run teams in state where redistricting has occurred....All to protest the SCOTUS ruling that district boundaries should not be drawn on the basis of race.
I expand on that call, demanding Watertown's four commercial television station refrain from carrying any SEC games. Sound silly and stupid ? Exactly.

The whole point of the SCOTUS ruling is that it now allows district to be drawn on the basis of disenfranchising black voters. The NAACP is 100% right in what it is calling for now. Mr. "callow and shadow" should go back to school.
Sure, ask the kids to give up what is actually a paying job playing college football these days. That will show them!!! How about some other folks give up their paycheck to protest. By the way, I would be all in favor of race-based gerrymandering if that would mean race-based hiring, race-based college admissions etc. would be ok. Can't have it both ways, unless you are a lefty.
