The LifeSaver Mayor wants to keep an eye on you. The Village of Gouverneur is considering so called Flock security cameras….Mayor Ron McDougall seems to be supportive despite privacy concerns.
What is happening in Gouverneur that requires such snooping,
That said privately owned and operated cameras along with cell phones already capture much of what used to go unseen. This year we saw a man get shot in Watertown and a woman punched in the face.
