The State Legislature spent so much time on the budget there is not time for e-bike regulation which has been called for by police agencies and others....Like all but two legislators have a role in budget talks.
With warmer weather the bikes are out in force....Not sure taste regulation would matter anyway....I doubt the people on e bikes care too much about our laws.

E-bikes are only a problem for the Karen's. Just high visibility because they're so useful and practical for many people. But weez hatez our freedumbz in commie NY.
