City Council tonight will likely finally vote on the tax cap override and I suspect it passes 3-2. Lawmakers will also learn more about the NYCOM Award the City received last week...,,and they will continue to hem and haw on the golf course.and the Zoo.
The big item is we should find out about the lengthy executive sessions last week sans the City Manager...
