     Towns are a minimalist form of government and so its understandable fancy pants financials are not prepared by a Supervisor...The Comptroller has criticized the Town of Pamelia for that...Bottom line is there are no town taxes and they have a weed store feeding Town coffers...I'm sure the people living there are happy with those arrangements.
