Former Restaurant Manager Accused Of Embezzlement | WWNY TV 7

In small, non-chain businesses it is easy to get stung.....And handing out the title of manager is often a mistake.  It seems everyone is looking to get the edge on you and they think getting customers to like you is management.....
Management is about quality and cost control.  Knowing that is not something that happens when you get a title.
Prosecuting someone is a great message , but the people who seek jobs don't read the news and the best protection is protocols, oversight and a quick trigger.
Once it hits the Grand Jury your money is gone and you won't get it back.

She should have been keeping a closer eye on things if it meant anything to her. It wasn't like it was some multi national corporation or anything. Just poor management. Now the government has to get involved. Costing us all money in the end.

Nice, Jeff, for letting the 10:33 comment hit your blog. MGVs rants and raves.

I liked that dude. Went in there a bunch of times to get pizza. He always seemed to be taking care of business. To bad. Have to wonder if it is one of those things where the dude figures it's going down, and he gets his share. Still, to bad.

Then that dude would be a thief and a moron, Crazy Ray, and deserves the jailtime if he's found guilty. Takin' care of business on the inside.

9:42 PM, nothing like blaming the victim.

On the other hand, doesn't really sound like a whole lot of money...

Ray, its not too bad.. Get what you deserve and work for.
You seem like you would be OK if someone steals from you if they felt you were going to lay them off.??? What is all of that and where is the common sense here? By the way, work on your English as your reference to "to" should be "too" meaning also.
Try your Obama phone for spell check and the training app. It works nicely.
