WDT: Media Needs to Scratch off the Veneer on Candidates

The first spate of coverage of the three way GOP primary in the River District quizzes candidates on some issues, and that's fine.
We also need to find out who these people are, their backgrounds and their records in business and brushes with the law.  I get all sorts of back channel comments on all three. Many I delete as I don't have defintive confirmation and  I am not a reporter, just an observer.
This is the only seriously contested race locally so a deeper look is needed.

Agreed Mr. Mayor.

When you read the WDT, look at the experience of the candidates. I know who I'm voting for.

Didn't Addie claim 2 years ago that she was the only one in the race without a criminal record? I want to know what Finley and Bynre were arrested for. How is nobody covering this?

Both former Dems, Rusty and Byrn, were arrested for masquerading as Republicans.

Addie never got arrested. She only aided and abetted Silver up until the day he was convicted of corruption.

8 comments about a new club opening...5 comments about the arrest records and business failures of the men we are about to elect into office. This is exactly why America is going to hell in a hand basket. Apathy.
