Syracuse Common Council debates requiring rental inspections, landlords push back | WRVO

      Syracuse Common Council is debating a rental inspection law according to this Public Radio account.  Of course its a bigger and more Democratic city, but the arguments are similar.
      I noticed today several Newzjunky headlines on the topic and that should increase awareness of the issue and hopefully discussion on "the shows".

Rental inspection is one thing only. GOOD>> There are obviously good landlords and obviously pigs for tenants but the fact is everyone deserves to live in a safe enviorement. Every other years inspection is not a bad thing at all
