No Merger in the Mountains

     The towns of Clifton and Fine won't be merging after the latter voted against pursuing the pairing. I doubt it makes much difference as these towns are so little and so what if the world has an extra highway super...
     The more I think about it, in a world where big government gets bigger, letting people have their little town and their own identity is of no harm.

Also, it seems like the economy of scale works backwards when it comes to gooberment. Just look at the taxes in bigger municipalities...
