Capitalism Directed from the Second Floor....Is It 'Capitolism' ?

I was reading this editorial which rightly summarizes recent criticism of the state's dabbling in funding various business ventures in the name of economic development....You know, the film hub in Syracuse, or the Buffalo billion.
I was distracted by the apparently imaginative use of spelling "capitalism" with an "o" in the headline which I think was a subtle swipe at folks in the capitol (a building) trying to be venture capitalists.
Maybe it works, I don't know, but it did jump out at me.
Intentionally misspelling a word for effect is always a little risky because people might think you don't know the difference, which I am sure is not the case.

It's not any worse than the dabbling thats done locally in the name of Job creation, or in-fill housing, or any of the other catchy phrases.

When government runs everything, surprise, government runs everything. This appears to be what we want, per se.
