WWNY: Media Discovers the Hood, Film at Eleven

I don't get out much, but given all the hoopla in the Times, NJ and WWNY about State Street , I felt I should check out the hood....Now stories about bar fights, domestics, and other pathologies of modern life are the kind of news we need more of....Reference Don Henley and "Dirty Laundry."
I stopped at the Double Deuce for a couple beers and played some Skee Ball.  Nothing untoward happened. It's a diverse neighborhood and I understand there are people who drink Hennessey. I think I saw some of them...
I left with no ill effects.

Ronda Rousey was going to star in the "Road House" remake. Is that still the case since she got her butt kicked?

Careful, Jeff. A heroin addiction can fall on your head without any notice. Then you'd be a victim, have to quit your job, get on welfare, and vote with the dannies in every election for the rest of your life.

What time was your visit Jeff? Betting if you were there late you'd have scooted on out without the skee ball game. How'd you like to live in that neighborhood? Watertown has deteriorated from the middle out in that area. And it didn't happen in the past 6 months. There's very few areas I would want to live in Watertown now. Very sad.

Were you there on a weekend night at 1:30-2:00AM ? That's when business picks up for the nightlife of a big cih-tay.

Are you still Mayor? This is the kind of attitude you had as the Mayor, but I thought you became more concerned after office. Guess not

You went down there on a Wednesday afternoon.. Not a great litmus test. Try going there on a Saturday night.

6:55, are you a full time dumbass? Jeff has the views many of us do on these matters. I'm thinkin' you're a dannie and you actually feeeel for these pukes. They do hatch out minions of Democrat voters. Be proud.

As a bar owner yourself, you must understand that at different times bars are different places. As many have already pointed out, you should go there on busy night close to closing time (when problems occur) if you really want to take the place's temperature. See you there Friday around 145AM? Something tells me not. This is akin to your trip to the hookah den in the middle of the afternoon after a local business complained about unruly patrons. Nothing to see here, move on!!!!!!!

Ft. Drum should use all that old Napalm they got left over on that area and exterminate all the hood rats.

We didn't land in the hood.
The hood landed on us!!

One thing is for sure. The hood folks will vote with Dannie every time. I'd say to the ego man, be proud, but I don't think that's appropriate, per se. They have to vote Freestuff. How else are they going to afford to stay up all night, fight in the streets, get pregnant, and enjoy illegal drugs? If I were them dan would be my hero.

9:10, you couldn't have given Graham a worse compliment if you tried by comparing his views to yours. The Nuttiest Nut on the blog.
