WDT: Move Along, Nothing to See Here

They don't have all the reports back or the autopsy results but State Police say no foul play by the woman who ran over the wife of a Border Patrol agent who is still being paid despite being charged with beating the stuffing out of two elderly people who stopped by the accident scene to help out.
I don't think anyone thought the poor woman who ran her over was up to anything nefarious, but this incident has always been curious and now, six months later, there are a lot of unanswered questions.

As I recall, the dead woman was already lying in the road when when she was run over. The logical conclusion is that the person who assaulted two elderly good Samaritans, used his same violent tendencies to put his wife there. I am sympathetic to the concept of protecting your own but this is truly disgusting. There are some things that do warrant not protecting your own, no matter what your union tells you to do and no matter what your other LE brethren tell you to do. This would make a good television drama.

The situation stinks. Somebody must know somebody all the way to Albany.

Think about the case. If you bring the husband into court for murder charges, what is his lawyer going to say? Prove when she was dead folks! Prove it was my guy. Heck he could make up the one armed man any day now. He walks easy.

If that was any one else instead of a BORDER PATROL agent would be behind bars, This whole encounter SMELLS like a cover up , And Who could FORGET the other State Police COVER UP IN 1966 WHEN THAT SCHOOL TEACHER WAS MURDERED ON 81 AND THE Trooper WAS NEVER CHARGED.

4:37, your BS might make sense in your mind, but normal thinking people see right through this coverup. Why don't they tell us the details of what they found? Coverup! Why don't they tell us who was tested for alcohol and what the results were? Coverup!

And you don't have to pull a trigger on a gun to be convicted of murder in NY. There are things like reckless endangerment that can be charged against people who cause someone to die but you don't have a smoking gun.

And don't forget that people are charged with DWI when they are parked in a car, so if this BP agent was drunk he could at least be charged with that. But he won't be because...wait for it. COVERUP!!!

7:42 is right. Laws for some, not for others. That crap goes all the way to the presidency. The nation is finished.
