Hard to say if they were just "milling around" or if it was an "active riot", because the police have a tendency to stretch the truth in such matters. And by stretch the truth I mean lie. Maybe some cell phone video will tell us the what really happened. Hands up don't shoot, no justice no peace don'tchaknow.

Interesting group of names e.g. Tieisha, Secret, Tiquan, Quintel.

Watertown.

The new Syracuse.

These are the same people who will give their all in this new million dollar drug treatment program. Guaranteed. If you drug tested every one arrested, you'd find something really surprising, as it were. Who would a thunk it?

I imagine it was a nice free room and meal for them. Probably enjoyed it.

We really need a czar to get rid of this sort of infestation, rather than the bed bugs. The Watertown I knew from my youth, is gone and buried.

The video was all over FB. You would appreciate your law enforcement after watching it

Thought so too.
But wait, they are all just the helpless victims of our society.

And by the way I think drug users should be punished like everybody else , when they steal or drive or riot and fight under the influence. Alcoholism is no excuse, so why should be drug use.
The most drug users are also dealers, because they need to support their drug habit.

A generation of young assholes. Given everything, owed even more. Professional victims all. Baby mothers, vacant fathers, criminals, all out for a night of relaxation after a hard day at work. Go home, make some babies, and try to remember who the father was. And vote Democrat. Those rotten police.

About 20 years ago in the schools teachers ceded control to disrespectful students. Too many children displaying the same abysmal attitude to control. The schools gave up control to the kids. Numerous teachers quit because of out of control students who disrespected the class and teachers but would still pass because they were labeled learning disabled. At the end of the day there is only so much water one can bail with a small bucket.

Its not the schools fault, those kids were raised that way at home.

This is a generation of children raised without spanking. Would anyone really expect anything different?
