Call for Rallying Behind Missiles

Another petition drive and letter writing campaign. This time it's to show local support for a missile defense program on Fort Drum.  Jobs and money to the area, and who's against it ?  Nobody really except some mad about closing Route 3A from Deferiet to Fargo.
All the usual suspects will pen letters but few know a lot about this other than it's money spent. That's all we need to know.

I heard some self absorbed pukes talking about how the base would make us a target for an attacker. Dumbasses, deterrence is the only way to ensure peace. We all share a duty to bear some of the responsibility. Maybe this is something Dannie and I could agree on. Hope so.

I am praying every day that this project goes forward here. The economic opportunities afforded such an endeavor surely outweigh the closing of a little-used cut off or the possibility of escalating us as an attack target.

We are very reliant on the base as this is our main economic engine here. Expansion must be embraced and we must understand the process of development in order to maximize the opportunities that come our way. In my opinion, we often let our thinking patterns and personal agendas overshadow good decision making. We need this and we need the jobs that such a plan can bring. Get on board or get out of the way.

I don't see the case for wanting it here. Maybe in the old days. Back when it would have brought in fewer criminal soldiers with fewer criminal families. But in Obama's military, you can bet that all those high security, high emotionally-stable jobs, have been filled with transgender minorities, convicted of "non violent drug crimes". Well, that and some people named Mohamed who practice the religion of peace but routinely visit websites advocating the death of America.
And As a bonus, our nuclear armed enemies would put an even higher priority on our area for a first strike with nuclear weapons.

Whatever reason they need to justify the continuance of BS 'advocacy agencies' like the beloved FDRLOLOLZ.

Another stale, old idea. Where have we heard those before?
But Elise is sure to tout this as the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Exactly.

Missile silos as well as military installations are bulls eyes in case of war or even a terrorist attack.
The missile silos in Kansas and the Midwest and in Europe where all first strike targets in the cold war.
Some People on this blog who seem to think that's our duty to possibly die for the military complex and the big corporations behind it. They should feel free and enlist in the military and get marching orders to Iraq or any other hell hole in Mid East.
And what makes this persons think that the people here should be brought in grave danger just for some profits? My guess is, that this posters do not live in the area, but are able to make big bugs, when the missiles will be stationed here.
Why should the civilians and families of the North country perish or brought in danger for this? They already carry enough risk with Fort Drum as a target and they sure do not want to die for some 300 jobs.

Fort Drum is already downsized from 19.000 Soldiers to now 15.000 Soldiers , but nobody seems to be worried about it or even noticed it.
No word from Ms.Stefanik about this downsizing behind our backs too and I am quiet sure she knows about it.
No doubt she will support missile silos here. She will get enough money from entities who have monetary interest in this silos, for her reelection.
This possible missile side is far a way from D.C. or where she lives and she is part of the protected elite now, so no worries for her, Thanks to the voters of NY 21, she was elected to serve and protect, not making them a first strike target.

Btw, if Hillary gets to be president with her temper and anger issues , as with her careless, negligent behavior, about national security and in charge of the nuclear codes, then good night North country. This psychopathic women is capable to start WW III.
And no , I do not trust Trump either.

Ride down Route 3A to Route 3. Take a look at what has already been done for this project once you get to the railroad tracks.

It's a done deal and we aren't suppose to know yet ?? Get real.

First wave when you talk about first strike stuff. This is to put the first strike on us out of business. It's defensive, not offensive. Don't you know there is a real good chance offensive strike stuff is already up there? I would almost bet the farm on it. But even if the crap doesn't save our butts one day, it will employee several for a good long time. We need the jobs right now, even if it some how does paint us. I would say a very large Army Base is already painted three times out there some place.
