Orlando's Not the Happiest Place on Earth This Week | Daily Mail Online

I don't know how you ever recover from the experience this Nebraska family faced at Disney World two nights ago. Two year old Lane Graves was likely drowned when a gator snatched him away from his dad who struggled with the animal to no avail.
But the system will try to calculate the loss.
Accidents happen but there seemed little to alert visitors of the risk, even though the park has staff routinely rounding up errant gators. People on vacation, in that setting would not have the awareness Floridians do of alligators.
For Disney, it was a nightmare of Tylenol scare proportions. Not only did it happen, but it was while media from around the world were there for two shootings.
Losing a child is losing a child, whether its illness, a car crash or a crime. But this demise for Lane was beyond upsetting. Many people I know turned the channel when coverage came on.

If I went to a Disney campus and there were no warning signs for alligators, I would assume they had handled the problem and made it safe.

I once met a guy who had drowned and he said it was a very peaceful experience. Fortunately for him and his loved ones, he was rescued and revived by his diving companions.

CNN making a big deal out of 100,000 giving five million to victims of the attack..
Why dont people support others like that other than something like this attack.
Why do they support the felon (Clinton) for president when she has no plan for this type of thing and she is partly the blame in my book for giving away states secrets and no obeying the laws of this land..
Trump may be rough arond the edges but he has this country at heart unlike the Romneys and Bushes and Clintons where only politicaly proper is the word.

I'm thinkin' we won't be hearing from Joe Nose for a while. There's bunches of money to be made off this chomped kid. And you can bet it will be worth a hundred thousand dollars.

That sign, the one that omitted the gator warning, but wouldn't have made a different anyway, was probably put up by a lawn mowing groundsman. Everybody needs to be aware the lawyers, like hungry alligators, are everywhere. They should also realize that the lawyers are the biggest contributors to Dannie's party. That's why tort reform will never happen. Get 'em, Joe.

8:15am, as far as drowning being peaceful, I can attest to that.

Nothing lacking in the posts of Mr Rick. He's our only true veteran here on the site. The other guy is more of a girl scout, per se.

And 1005 more of a hypocrite, per se. Collecting as well from the state he can't find a thing right with.

6:19, I don't collect from the state, I collect from your kids. I'm very grateful. Please tell them how much I appreciate them sacrificing their future.

"Loser pinkos", 2:44? Look son, last time it was simple punctuation. This time it's rambling nonsense. Approach one deficiency at a time. You will get there. As far a vets status. Yup, did it. I can even use the PX like Dannie. Although I don't get the tax breaks he does, as it were.

As long as their future is better than your pitiful present they'll be fine. You see, we taught our kids to earn their own way, help others who need help, (certainly not you, they're not mental health providers) and make things better as they can.

Shame you can't get the same benefits as Dan, guess you weren't as dedicated as he. Sorry for your shortcomings.

By the way Dan, thank you for your service.
