WDT: Yoga studio to become first tenant of Lincoln Building

The decline of traditional bricks and mortar retail makes the notion of a resurgent downtown more of a challenge, but the preservation of the charm and character of a downtown is a struggle worth the effort.
Now the Lincoln Building is getting its first tenant.

Now that's the kind of thing that will bring folks downtown. What time is the affordable yoga class?

The Lincoln Building is set up with several floors big enough to hold class in. It is almost what the place is best suited to. People need art too.

Didn't they undersize all the water services for these type buildings on the square when they rebuilt the square? Yoga is perfect for these buildings because yoga people don't use much water, if ya know what I mean andIthinkyado.

No 813 they didn't undersize anything, they forgot to tell the COW Water Dept. what there intentions were for CaHills, they had a 1" water line, then they got the low-cost financing for low-income apts, and they needed a sprinkler system..
