WDT: Ape's Death Prompts Calls for Justice

In a strange twist  social media is afire with outrage over Harambe, the gorilla killed by zoo officials after a four year old boy fell into the ape's exhibit space.
"Justice for Harambe" people are saying on line. No it's true...I read it right here in the WDT.
Officials at the Cincinnati Zoo say they did it save the youth and that the cause of the incident was the result of parents not tending to children.
That some people seek to make the killing of an ape a social cause celeb is a sign of something. Of course as is the custom these days, a makeshift shrine is growing at the entrance to the gorilla exhibit.

Expect to see these people making a stink over it, getting honorary degrees from Clarkson next year. Gorilla's lives matter.

Along with the shrine, they should have one of those Candlelight Kumbaya Vigils also (sarc).

People are soooo stupid. It's just an animal. Even if there was only 1:1000 chance of it seriously injuring or killing the kid, it should have been shot.

I don't think it's simply the killing of the ape that has so many upset. Many would be happy of the pretend mommy got shot instead.

If the zoo didnt shoot the gorilla, the lawyers would be lining up to sue the poo out of the zoo. This is why protocols are in place, its a complete loose/loose situation.

Tens of thousand of the animal lovers are going nuts over a dead gorilla but how many will go public on the abortions happening daily? An abortion is murdering a human being, period. Then the dead human is cut up for parts! The real answer is - when does a fetus become an actual human being. That answer is almost impossible to find.

Yes and it was covered by the Hotline show on the 31st of May...Imagine asking where to shoot the animal.........

Looked to me like the Gorilla was taking better care of the kid than the mom was. She is the one that should be charged with endangerment. One of the morning shows interviewed a witness today who stated that the mom and kid were arguing about the kid going into the habitat just before the incident. I guess we know who is in charge. Obviously the 4 year old. Terrible way to supervise your child.
