Two Down, One to Go ?

With former Senate boss Dean Skelos sentenced to five years in prison, US Attorney Preet Bharara may not be done with his clean up campaign in Albany...Next ? Governor Cuomo may be in his sights. While the Moreland Commission may be forgotten by many, Mr. Bharara remember that and other controversy that swirls around the Second Floor.

Well, Mr. Bharara, charges of treason might be a good place to start. All you have to do is look back through Andy's career to find several instances. Clue: all of them are firearms related. He has either attempted or achieved his goal of restricting our Second Amendment Rights numerous times, and THAT my friends IS treason whether you want to acknowledge it or not.

Oh boy... I can remember back when Tom Libeous got Patty Ritchie the deal with the registration of autos from out of her county and she bagan to make noise and some extra money for her county. Then I remember Tom Libeos contacting Dean Skelos and the the two of them started running the idea of getting Darrell Aubertine out of office by possibly running this popular County
Clerk for Senate.. They both endorse her and helped her finance her run then attended fundraisers for her.. They both gave to her campaign.. All she had to do was sit back and listen to their directions on how to vote and what to vote for which she has done..
Both were later convicted of felonies and thrown out of the Senate. Mr Libeous recently passed away without going to jail and Mr Skelos was just sentenced...
To date Patty Ritchie has made no statement about either, so its obvious she condones what each did..
This is not right.. We want honest Senators representing us, not someone who condones crime and is afraid to confront it when it happens.

I just hope he hangs Cuomo over something bigger than he got the first two for. Jeez, by this latest standard, Aubertine would be in trouble for that time he hired his sister. Every school district in the county would be guilty of the same thing too.

Or Bernier-Carr hiring Fargo, 8:47?

And 8:00 AM, I believe it was Justice John Paul Stevens who theorized that the 2nd Amendment is all about State's rights. If that were true, Gov. Cuomo did nothing un-Constitutional, just piss-poor legislation passed illegally in the middle of the night.

What part of "I pledge to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States" do you not understand?

And what part of disarming the citizens is "Aiding and abetting our enemies" do you not understand?

What part of the "Right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" do you not understand?

John Stevens isn't the first nor the last judge who hasn't the slightest idea what he is talking about. "States" rights have nothing to do with the Bill of Rights whatsoever. ALL forms of government in this country are bound by the restrictions placed on them by the Constitution.

Why do you think Hilter didn't take on Switzerland in WW11? Because very male citizen in the country was required by law to be armed and to qualify with those arms annually. Hitler's generals dvised him, "You can take Switzerland, or you can take the rest of the world, but you can't do both". Why do you think Yamamoto said it would be pure folly to land troops on mainland United Sates? Because "there is a gun behind every tree" I believe was his quote.

So please explain to me how disarming the US citizen is not "aiding and abetting our enemies" and thus an act of treason? Certainly you can't argue that the SAFE-ACT does not hamper the States citizens ability to defend themselves and this country. How many school children and other citizens of this country are dead over the last ten years because they obeyed laws similar to the safe act and had no way to defend themselves?

Like I said, that is treason whether you care to admit it or not.
