How You Can Help Watertown Get $10M From The State | WWNY TV 7

City offcials and their lobbyist say Watertown's downtown has momentum that will help it win that $10M state grant that is party of Governor Cuomo's Regional Council program.
Thank you, and I hope so. Downtown has steadily been a site of investment and change in recent years and it all really started with Urban Renewal and various initiatives by Mayors Rand, Burns, Walker Butler and me.
Hope the current Mayor Butler's push for the grant succeeds. City Hall is asking for letters of support and will hold a rally next week..
The grant application will yield one prize for the whole of NNY.

Hi Mayor, The best way to develop the City of H20 town, is to build a satellite Educational Center, where students are interactive within community ex: Art co-op,day care, work shops, medical screenings, culinary art, theatre events, Have a shuttle bus, from J.C.C. for students, to attend Educational Development classes, build dormitories for upper classman, in Public Square. This would genenerate busines, into the community, that would increase opportunities for revitalization.
Cordially,
Mayor Loeffler of Herrings, NY

You realize 8 out of 10 people in the county don't live in the city, right?
