Sanders campaign begins laying off staff - POLITICO

Signs of a winding down are present as Bernie Sanders' campaign trims paid staff in the wake of the latest primary losses. Just two weeks ago he was riding the crest of winning eight of nine contests, but the media drumbeat that he couldn't win and the establishment support for Mrs. Clinton in big states have worn the insurgent down.

Senator Sanders will probably win some more states, and his hope of nomination depends on the frontrunner having a meltdown caused by outside factors .. That's not likely, but Mr. Sanders might as well keep up the fight.

Much as we hate to see Hilda-beast as the nominee, I suspect (nay hope) Trump pulls no punches. He could, and should, blister her as the lying, cheating, conniving piece of sh*t criminal she is.

In that respect, It's a hoot it's her and not Sanders.

Plus, big plus, Trump is on track to be the biggest GOP vote getter in hx.:

In THAT respect, the GOP should reclaim the White House!

But did he comply with the WARN Act? Isn't a libtard supposed to give 60 days notice before laying off workers? Or is that just what a democrat would have a business do? If not, I hope he at least hired without regard to felonies and crime convictions. He probably did because a felony is practically a prerequisite to being a democrat anyway. How about severance pay? All that work his employees gave him and then he hopefully doesn't just cut them loose on their own. Isn't that what dummycrats insist on...once an employee, an employers owes them a living for life.

It comes as no surprise. The pant suited, genitalia correct criminal had already purchased all the golfer votes.

Bern should claim age destination and get some cash back.

Can't he just redistribute some of Hillary's votes?

It would depend on whether Bernie had enough employees for the WARN Act to apply. Of course, 751 doesn't deal well with factual information.

The warn act requires 60 days if have more than a 100 employees he had almost a 1000 at one time. Of course politicians exempted themselves...Yet nothing saysc he cannot do right andc pay them to be has no money left by choice. Then he can fund raise more. What about health care they deserve at least a year and severance, 6 months seems fair to me. Oh and he should pay to retrain them and give them a living wage while doing so. What about family leave? Can't deny them that. Last I think student loans should be paid for look at the service they did for our country working for him. I bet some are wounded and need therapy.

You are all full of shit !! Millenials hate Trump too , he is antithetical to what MOST people want in a president .

He WILL be buried in a general and BTW, i cant stand Clinton either! . These two asshats are an embarrassment as well as being dangerous , This whole scenario will lead to a third party that mirrors the interests of the people not these two schmucks !

Leave it up to 11:43 to defend the indefensible.
This is what Bernie and his party is all about. Wall Street is evil but govenrment is good. Here is the perfect opportunity for Bernie to show how good his heart is and how he has hasn't a greedy bone in his body. He can spend some of that 17 million in his war chest to take care of his employees. Put his money where his mouth is, so to speak. But that won't happen because leftists are always hypocrites and do as I say not as a do types.

I'm certainly no fan of Sanders but he has been treated badly by the Democratic Party. I actually think he would be a stronger candidate against Trump than Clinton. Neither Clanton, Saunders or Trump are spring chickens, yet the stamina Saunders and particular Trump display are amazing. Each campaigns daily, often making several stops and each sits with the Media for numerous intervals. I believe Trump is right about Clinton in saying she no longer has the stamina to be President. She makes few campaign appearances, and only under the most controlled conditions and grants almost no interviews. Her last appearance was Tuesday and now she's currently off the campaign trail. Have to wonder.........

You are completely ignorant of who falls under the WARN Act 955.
Did these laid off employees work more than 20 hours a week? Nope. Had they worked at least 6 months out of the last 12? No again! Were many hired as temps? Yup! Were any working as contractors? Uh huh! All of the above are excluded from a WARN notice.
You could have a real future working for Mary Rain, you know that? :D

As for your outrage over the application of the WARN Act, why aren't you making any noise over Climax in Lowville, giving no notice to 160 full time employees?

Oh that's right! You're one of those typical, lazy, republicans who sit around all day watching dumbFox 'news', to be bothered.
Next time try doing some research before any future rebuttals pal. ;)

So restricted hours to not pay benefits is ok to you and the Bern? Contracted employees to do the same is now a plank of his platform, how Wal-Mart and Halliburton of you all. To funny
