Ryan Rules Out Run.....Stefanik Fans Asked Who They Like - POLITICO

Speaker Paul Ryan was as Shermanesque as he could be in declaring today he doesn't want and will not accept the GOP nomination in Cleveland this summer.  He did say the person picked should be one who had run in primaries, leaving open (at least to me) the notion of reviving one of the failed candidates.
I think it comes down to the top two.....
With everyone polling everyone, Rep. Elise Stefanik is conducting an on line straw poll of her fans and supporters who receive her emails or look at her Facebook page. The poll lists Trump, Cruz and Kasich but when you cast your ballot you don't get to see the results. I voted for Trump.
On the trail, Donald Trump was in Rome, NY today for a rally and has a town hall on CNN tonight. John Kasich was in NY and Ted Cruz was out west...
Excitement builds here for the Trump rally Saturday at the airport in Dexter. Final details are pending. John Kasich is in town Friday.

You have got to hand to to Junk news for their blatant partisan slant toward Bernie freestuff and their hit piece on Trump. They got their start at WDT's and the apple falls right under the tree. Maybe he could talk to Scotty and collaborate with TV7 to make certain they get the same narrative. Steve completely missed the opportunity to copy channel 7 and solicit opinions on Clarkson's stupidity and then throw out the 99% that were negative opinions about Clarkson's idiotic BLM honorary degrees.

8:21, that has always been the case. Mr Smith views himself as a journalist. As such, he has to bend over on command to whatever MSM feeds him. There was a time when JN was viewed as an independent source of information. Not so much any more. I wonder where Mr Smith plays golf?

1:54 Oh you myopic fool, keep drinking the kool-aid. If you have
been following her closely like some of our civil minded retired gentlemen have, she has accomplished more in one year of office than the last combined 10 years of the previous combined office holders.

Tell us what Owens accomplished other than holding Nancy Pelosi's skirts and giving us the monster and evil OBAMACARE which affects every middle class individual in the country. United Health Care under Obama for one of the least expensive plans, premiums are $12,000 for me and my wife, with a copay first of 12,000.

You tell me what the hell am I paying into? And this is through the government's exchange!

Actually in all fairness,i am amending my previous comment, local pols are by far the most intuned with constituent needs. They live among the electorate and have greater accessibility without PAc oversight and control
