Run on a Ticket With Donald Trump? No, Thanks, Many Republicans Say - The New York Times

The Vice Presidency isn't for everyone but when it's offered and the nominee says he needs you for the nation it's hard to say no....But apparently many patriotic Republicans are putting their own perceived political futures in the equation and signaling they want no part of Trump ticket.

It would be a challenging chemistry, but if you believe Mrs.  Clinton is wrong for the nation and if your presence on a ticket could help, how do you say no ?

It's easy to say no when it's donald the POS that's asking you.

Nice hit piece. But would make more sense if they actually asked the people who supposedly turned it down, instead of quoting someone associated with the person that didn't actually turn it down.

Will we see a similar article written bout Bernie and Hillary? Are potential running mates ready to say "yes" to running on either of those tickets? I bet they are not. Because it is also bad politics to answer the question about the donkey VP, just as it is about the Trump VP.

No sane and competant person would ever play second fiddle to that megalomaniac . It is a career ender , the TRUMP candidacy will end in ignominy and disgrace .THis terribly flawed excuse of a man is this generation's HITLER or Mussolini . All demagoguery , no substance , no plan ,no clue and no empathy or servant leadership ability at all.

The fact that he is still in this shitstorm of a race together with another known snake of the same stripe is testimony to the dumbing down of America . Sad , just sad ,but the country is headed for serious decline if EITHER is elected .

Looks like the flower shop guy would take it if it was offered to him.
I'm sure he's not the only one.
