Central Square superintendent to retire after DWI arrest | syracuse.

Well of course you can argue what he does on his own time is his business.   The question always unanswered is how much is he being paid to retire ?  He could probably go to a district a few counties away and land a job on top of his pension and settlement. If so, those cuts on the face were well worth it.

If he was a teacher, no one would have dared bring up the issue. Suspension with pay, then a quiet return to the classroom.

Blasted Educators!! The root of all evil! Politicians are all ethical. They are all underpaid...we need more senators, we need more assembly-people...more assistants to the assistants...more offices. Love the anti-education blog. May have cost a few people an election at some point. I have a friend who no longer is teaching because of a DWI by the way...no second chances there, should have been a corrections officer. Tongue-in-cheek

What was he doing before his arrest? Was he on school grounds or business?
