Cause and effect is not irony.

You know the one thing Addie hasn't done for our workers yet is outlawed volunteering. Each year, millions of oppressed volunteers show up at village libraries, Irish fest, girl scouts, little league...you name it and they do it for no pay and no paid time off for menstruation. Come on Addie! Protect these oppressed volunteers and sponsor a bill consistent with your other liberal policy on work and wages!

Volunteering for free is not a living wage. She could at least make sponsor a law that require all volunteers to prove they earn at least $50k per year.

Where were Griffo and Blankenbush on this one? Now they will come out and act concerned. Come on guys start blaming Addie for this.. Ritchie mention this a week ago so if she knew Griffo certainly must have been aware.
Thats the real trouble up here in NNY the Senate Repubilicans have lost touch with the North Country and its taxpayers.

And yet, the jobless rate keeps dropping. Maybe, that means we have more jobs, with less meaning.

No problem here. The folks who lost their jobs have no worries. First off, the Liar in Chief says the economy is doing great, so they won't have any problem finding good new jobs. And even if there are delays, there's a lying pants suited vagina who has promised a better job market. She did this when she assumed the position of NYS Senator, but never mind that. Happy Days are here again. Vote Donkey.

It's not just the minimum wage. There is an all out assault on businesses and capitalism by democrats. You think Climax didn't consider Clinton and Sanders rhetoric about paid family leave? Paid sick leave for everybody? Free tuition (which surely will be paid for with higher taxes)?

But,but, but, this can't be true. I see Handy Andy in commercials telling us New York is the state of opportunity. That's a kick in the nutz, hey your out of a job. When my place closed a few years back, we knew it was coming. A couple of months notice and they had the Dept. of Labor come in and give us a spiel. N.Y.- The State of Confusion.

Lewis County and the Village Mayor are more worried about spending $50 million of taxpayers money on a wastewater plant for Kraft. They should pay attention to other business and stop using taxpayers money to pay Krafts bills.

I'm surprised some of our CRAZY politicians representing the north country din't try and offer the climax mill millions of dollars in free money to stay open for 3 years ( that they will steal from the taxpayers on april 14) like they did for alcoa in January.

At least Chuckie made the trip 1159. Yeah he gave away the farm, but no one can say he didn't show up.

No more subsidizing factories with taxpayers money , companies like Alcoa , airbrake, and others who have there hand out for taxpayer bailout . they channel money to upgrade plants they own in other states and countries then want help from area leaders to keep the plants going they own in the north country. When are these never ending handouts ever going to end. It make me sick to think about all the free state power, tax breaks and cash bailouts we gave Alcoa when they channeled millions of dollars to upgrade factories outside of New York.
