WDT: Morristown Town Council, down to two, may not be able to conduct business

This could have all been avoided if the Morristown officials had taken their cue from those higher up....like Senators, Members of Assembly, Onondaga County Sheriffs.
If you are of age and want to collect pension and salary, you get reelected and then retire at the end of the term and start a new term the next day.
Resigning during the term leaves you out of office and you have to get back in. That's complicated.
When the big guys make this transition, it is seamless and you never read about it.

Maybe one of our local Albany politicians will propose legislation ending the gaming of the retirement system?
Or are they hoping for a June DeDe Darrel type sweet gig and don't want to upset the apple cart?
We expect this to be ignored by Addie because democrat means gaming the system by definition. But what about our RINO Senator and Assembly members?
