Russell Cites National GOP Race in Outline of Her Reelection Bid

On her blog, Assemblywoman Addie Russell laid out her election year manifesto which calls for a"sensible" but unspecified increase in the minimum wage and a pledge to fight for the most vulnerable.
She also decried the national rhetoric and pledged to promote local farmers and education.
Meanwhile the GOP is split in opposing her with Russ Finley challenging John Byrne for the nomination to opposed Ms Russell.

No Addie, we don't much care what you think of the race between Trump/Rubio and the lying pant suit babe. This is about who represents us in Albany. All your War on Womyn bs rings hollow when you take such a subservient role in NYS affairs. This isn't about the Canadian dollar, or Vlad Putin, or the easy winter. It's about you, and your lack of concern for your own people. However, I do understand your attempt at changing the subject. But please, just make sure your uniform is clean. I hear the boys are having a party next week.

That's the word all Democrats puke up. Sensible. More spending, more taxes, rights taken away, more and more government, and that's what Addie and the boys call sensible. I don't.

Will the local liberal media ask her to specify what "sensible" means?
Based on the other things she thinks are sensible, one can infer she means $30/hr.

Do politicians, like Russell, truely understand why New York State is the worst state in the nation to retire? She is just clueless.

Jeff- Are you aware that the NYS GOP in Albany is actively recruiting a prominent Clayton person to oppose her---and is promising to fund the campaign? So far, no commitment but stay tuned.

Randy has the money to run, but not the passion. He's a Roswell groupie. The only one.

There are rumors that 4 GOP Assembly candidates will be revealed tonight. Guessing it will be John Byrne, Russ Finley, Joe Gilbert and Phil Reed.

AJR's seat has been sitting there waiting for anyone to take it who wants it. But it has to be a republican, it can't be a democrat like Byrne.

11:18 Any of these 4 men that utilize the campaign tactics as Trump or our pleasant former first Lady policy Scorch Earth Hilldabeat take no prisoners surely must be able to take her out.

Good Lord, the time to be nice to Addie and her party are OVER.Go after her on PP, have videos or ads up on Newzjunky with PP sales of dead videos and this is what Addie has been pressing for for years the 10th plank. That's how much she values the most vunerable.
