Dicker: GOP Ready to OK Minimum Wage In Exchange for Andy Helping Them Stay in Power

We are told we need a GOP Senate in Albany as the firewall against liberal excess....Now Dicker reports the Senate Republicans may have a Faustian bargain with Governor Cuomo on the $15 minimum wage.
The trade off ?  Mr. Cuomo agrees to do little to advance Democratic Senate candidates, keeping the GOP in power.
If Fred is right, this is the ultimate in political cynicism. No, it can't be true.

"Deja Vu All Over Again"

Gov. Cuomo that did exactly that to keep former Majority Leader Dean Skelos in power. He won't campaign for Dems in Senate races again; disrespecting the will of the voters. No matter what party you're loyal to - it's the co-opting of the voters will that's the major concern! Mike Flynn 'Middle Class Mike'

They took so long, I almost believed the gop was fighting Andy!
I'm beyond being disenfranchised anymore.

Well that's a pile excrement.

No difference between Flanigan/Cuomo and the disaster corrupt relationship Skelos/Cuomo.

New face same ole same ole.

Flanigan never should have been voted in as Majority Leader. It should have been DeFransico.

Sounds about right. During the first budged they voted for SSM in return for keeping a few prisons open a couple more years. then they voted for the SAFE act. I don't even think they got anything for that.

The one thing they should do when they sell out is put a rider on it outlawing volunteer work. These volunteers are taking away from the jobs that would pay $15/hr. Do-gooder organizations don't need volunteers, they need grants from the government, so they can pay a living wage.

Fools, Rino Donald Trump and Rinos for Cuomo has been one of the biggest donors to Cuomo and most liberal downstate Democrats lawmakers.

As has the Rino Trumpkin kids. Now they want to fool New Yorkers again by asking for our votes.

I don't think so.

One big Con by the Con Artist of the Art of the Deal.

They won't stay in power if the base stays home on election day.

Our Senator Patti Ritchie , along with Little, and Griffo have been consistantly against the minimum wage hike, and in reality the poorer class of people for their entire tenure in the Senate. If they change now I believe there has been a backroom deal made.

8:27. Are you feeling ok ? You sound like your head exploded, and a bunch of jumbled thoughts came out.

While I do not disagree with 8:27's depiction of Mr. Trump, I can understand why he has struck a nerve with so many. It is the quid-pro-quo political bullsh*t like this State Senate GOP/Cuomo $15 minimum wage deal.

The $15 minimum wage will be the death of this State, yet our party (the Republicans) in Albany have shown that they have no conscience, no principles - that they would sell the State down the river just so as to eliminate their competition next election.

Despicable. Really reprehensible. Sinful even. If any of us are true Republicans, we need to put forth Republicans candidates to force primaries with any of the bums who would vote with Gov. Cuomo on this deal.

7:41 Oh Mikey, peeing your little boy panties yet? Who was the biggest RINO contributor to Guv. Andy Dandy, why none other than The Con Man, yours truly Donald Trump.

Please inform all the posters here how much Trump has contributed to Andy Cuomo, you have all the figures, go ahead.

Speaking of bombshell reporting
I’m sorry for Marco that [this arrest] has come up, but I’m more sorry for me and my family,” says Barrios, a solidly built man in a bright-blue polo shirt and mirrored wrap-around shades. “I’m not the one running for president.”

Barrios suddenly found his long-forgotten after-hours police stop in a Brickell park thrust into national headlines last week, when the Washington Post dredged up the 1990 incident. But the Post missed the crime’s most eye-opening tie to Florida’s junior senator.

Decades after his legal run-in with Rubio, Barrios was associated with perhaps the most notorious gay porn ring in Miami history, an Edgewater house full of models with names like “Khali Kreme” and “Sincere Luv” who had sex all day in front of dozens of webcams. Couple that with the fact that the park where Rubio was arrested was a well-known gay cruising spot and lurid rumors — with no basis in documented fact — have blown up all this week on the internet, eagerly stoked by Donald Trump supporters casting Rubio as a closeted homosexual. Right-wing conspiracy monger Alex Jones devoted a five-minute segment to the allegations yesterday, while posts on the claims have been heavily upvoted on a Reddit page for Trump supporters.
This story broke a short time ago and now I know why Marco, little Marco was sweating profusly and that was pointed out by Trump. Rubios ties to the Bushes also paid off as the brotherin law convicted in the drug sales got 35 years in prison but Pres Bush pardoned him to work for Jeb Bush in florida.. After about two years they realized that the 15 million dollar drug sale money was missing.. Records show however that Jeb Bush deposited a total of fifteen million dollars in a bank in Texas over a period of five years

3:41 Calm down, take a deep breath, has the foaming of the mouth stopped?

You could be one or two people, feel sorry for you Bub, as Trump always calls people like you 'Loser'

629.. Yup, the foaming has stopped.. Donald Trump brought out this story... All fact in Florida papers backed by police records and now some photos. I, may be a loser but I like to read how corrupt some of our world class politicans are... Read the Bush cartel or the Bush crime family on the internet its there and substantiated.
