WDT: City Overrun By Bed Bugs

I must say, I did chuckle when Councilman Jennings assumed the honorary title of "Bug Czar" in response to reported infestations of bed bugs. What started as complaints from one apartment dweller has swelled in recent weeks to the pesky bugs being everywhere.
This week 45 people attended a bed bug summit where they heard from experts and exterminators.
I have to admit, I thought it was a hygiene issue but I guess it's pervasive, although we don't have any on Pearl Street, unless they are at Shooties.
Seriously, it is something that's hard to assess, as many would choose to deal with it themselves, rather than stand up in public and proclaim they have bed bugs.

Shutter all the no-income properties in the city and spray the buildings with the highest test stuff you can find. Agent Orange or Napalm would probably work. Spray the unwashed masses while your at it. Problem solved.

If the city comes up with a way to eliminate the bedbug pest, maybe they could use it on S Gates. He needs to be stopped. He's finally found a group that supports his way of thinking-sixth graders. good golly, has he no pride, getting children to help promote his goofy cause!! There must be a law to protect children from this sort of abuse.
