Politico: Trump's Papal Spat could help him in South Carolina

Just when I thought I had seen it all in the Year of Trump, then the GOP front runner gets in a spat with of all people, the Holy Father and spiritual leader of the world's 1.2billion Roman Catholics.
Who'd have thought that was good politics ?   Not that Pope Francis didn't  help bring it about with a border mass in Mexico and an impromptu press gaggle on the plane back to Rome where he suggested Donald Trump is not a Christian, although the Pontiff didn't mention The Donald by name.
The Pope's remarks were careful and measured but Mr. Trump couldn't let sleeping dogs lie. And again the headlines on the trail today were about Donald Trump.
Trump's pope attack could help him in South Carolina

We have not been a fan of comrade pope since the day he came on the scene. Disregarding that the Vatican has giant concrete walls going around it and the Pope has not suggested building a bridge to replace those walls and disregarding that Catholicism is not the only christian religion and the pope does not speak for all Christians and disregarding that Rubio got in trouble for repeating the same truth while the Pope gets away with repeating the same cliche bridge metaphor every week, the one thing that stood out is the pope has no grasp of grade school logic. If all humans are political and the pope is political, contrary to what the pope concluded, it is not proof he is a human. What a dunce cap that is he wears.

Yup, the Vatican surrounded by walls of concrete and the pope mobile surrounded by walls of bullet proof glass.

Trump will need help from above in SC. If he gets 35% of the vote, he'll be lucky.

Are you kidding me? The very light of Christ shines from Trump’s angelic countenance.

Didn’t Jesus make fun of cripples too?

Didn’t Mary Magdalene bleed from her whatever?

And didn’t Jesus say…. “All of the women present during the Sermon on the Mount of Olives flirted with me…consciously or unconsciously that’s to be expected.”

And, “You know, it doesn’t really matter what the Pharisees say about me as long as you’ve got a young and beautiful piece of ass.”

Lighten up, Francis! Saint Donald is the very essence of what it means to be a Christian.

The Apprentice did actually think of running as a Dem. but knew he couldn't take down Hilly as a Dem. she was so dirty so he shifted his sights on the Repubs. Stupidly they are following this guy that touts himself as a successful businessman. He and daughter were thrown off or out the door or they were fired by a receivorship group on just one of his 4 bankruptices.

Predators like The Donald prey on middle class folks likey our belovefd Mikey. Yee gad Mikey, how you have been had.

10:40, I have to give you credit. For the first time, you are actually kind of funny.
But that doesn't forgive the Dope for responding to a quesiton about Trump building a wall, with such an idiotic response. All of those blood coming out of her eyes comments don't have anything to do with walls and the Dope did not comment on those comments. He commented on building a wall.

The Pope is not some mysterious being sent to us from an angel. He is an elected offish cial voted in by his buddies. That's it - no holiness at all. Look at his record.

Seems Der Fuher Adolph Von Trumpenstien has a bit of a hypocrisy problem of his own:

“There is something on that birth certificate—maybe religion, maybe it says he’s a Muslim, I don’t know. Maybe he doesn’t want that. Or, he may not have one…”

~Donald Trump, as told to Laura Ingrahm regarding the “ever-mysterious” birth circumstances and religious affiliation of Barack Obama.

Jesus De Jesus says,

As a conservative Christian I wasn’t really sure of Donald Trump as a viable presidential candidate, as I was leaning more toward the foreign born evangelical pussy Grandpa Munster. But now that Mr. Trump has plainly stated he would go YOOGE in the use of torture he has my full support. Because, as we all know torture as a means of interrogation works very well.

Clearly, this man has the love of Christ in his heart:

“…Torture works. OK, folks? You know, I have these guys—“Torture doesn't work!”—believe me, it works. And waterboarding is your minor form. Some people say it's not actually torture. Let's assume it is. But they asked me the question: What do you think of waterboarding? Absolutely fine. But we should go much stronger than waterboarding. That's the way I feel. They're chopping off heads. Believe me, we should go much stronger, because our country's in trouble. We're in danger. We have people that want to do really bad things!”

Can I get an Amen!!

Hey 9:10 Trump doesn’t need the Catholic vote. In place of it he has the full backing and support of pretty much all of the white supremacists groups…. not to mention the very popular paranoid schizophrenic and conspiracy kook/faux Libertarian Alex Jones.

8:33, you are absolutely correct, the Pope is not an Angel, sent to us. We, as people, need to seek peace and spirit, through our inner-selves, not because someone told us to. I agree with Mr. Trump; do you not have walls around the Vatican? Mr. Pope, tear down those walls.
