Morning Joe Loses His Guy

The Trump victory was especially significant as he swept SC's seven CD's, giving him all 50 delegates headed to Cleveland this summer.
If he does well Tuesday in NV, it's on to March 1 and March 15 where Mr. Trump leads just about everywhere.
Ted Cruz seems boxed in as his evangelical ploy fizzled as The Donald has a plurality in that segment.  Marco Rubio now becomes the establishment choice and will fundraise off last night, but its hard to find a state he wins in as long as its a multi candidate (5) race.
Doctor Ben Carson is just staying in hoping lightening will strike in a strange year. Not a bad strategy if you have the cash.
Governor John Kasich was in the Bay State last night for the returns and his prospects hinge on riding out the South and winning in the Midwest.
Jeb # is gone and I don't know if he endorses or if it matters. The logical choice given his experience argument is to back Kasich, plus there was tension with fellow Floridian Rubio.
This morning, Joe Scarborough conceded on air he was planning to vote for Bush, so I wonder where he goes ?

Cruz is not an establishment candidate. He stood alone fighting Obamacare while the establishment attacked him for it. And now the GOP establishment sided with Rubio in SC and all Rubio did with it was pull off a tie with Cruz. Now Romney is going to endorse him?

In my mind, if you are going to go establishment, Kasich was always the choice. If you want anti-establishment it was always between Trump or cruze, depending if you have any conservitive leanings or just want to put someone centrist in who is not an idiot.

Rubio is and always has been the gop choice.

I think Kasich will pick up the Bush supporters. Could be just enough to help him against Rubio and Cruz.

Some good points there, 10:34. Thanks

What's your point 1034? Or do you have one?
