Gray Doing His Job in Albany

I see Scott Gray at the Governor's Mansion this week for one of those receptions held for local lawmakers.  That means he is doing his job as Chairman. It's not just the meetings and local oversight but its representing the government you work for.
It's building relationships and attending these events (within reason, we can't all match the record of the Lifesave Mayor) accrues to the benefit of the locality.
It's a case of hiring some with "connections" or making connections.

We don't want him to build a relationship with Benito. A relationship with Benito follows one recipe. Basically, it means you do his bidding from your current seat, instead of remaining loyal to your voters. In return, Benito gives you a no show job after the voters figure out what you are up to and make choices such as Paddie or Hoffman over you.

Maybe he can get funding and necessary backing from Albany for the Dog Park!

I read the article about Ritchie and her disregard for her duties as Senator. She apparently feels she is beyond replacing and can now scoff at the very people who supported her during her original election. I have said right along she is not capable of individual thinking and only tags along with the general Republican Senate. Once the Democrats take back the Senate she will become only a empty vote. I read the article from the times then some of the comments and it becomes apparent her staff was prepared to get the heat immediately off her onto Cuomo or Addie.. Like Addie or not she answers questions.. Ritchie only responds through staff or prepared statements..
This isnt the first time this lady has failed us. Her voting in favor of the tax refund last year giving the people making $250,000 or down to $40,000 a tax break proves she is willing to sacrafice the people in her own district to support bills that now felon and not a Senator Skelos and Liboes intorduced.. The people in her district have gone without long enough while she follows the coattails of the NYC Senators.

Your post are redundant and down right boring. Noticably these posts started occurring when AJR beefed up her staff.

Make no mistake if you are an employee on the State's payroll you should not be posting these campaign style hits against Ritchie or anyone else for that matter. It is considered to be illegal.

You perhaps should be more concerned why Heastie is not putting more effort in pension reform. His statement yesterday that the issue needs more clarity is bogus. The Teachers Union has come out against any type of reform and that is why Addie has remained silent.

Move along please.

Gray should have skipped Albany and stayed here. His job is to balance the county budget. Yet all he and his RINO cronies can do is continue to tax the working class into extinction.

In the photo, it looks like Cuomo is keeping Gray at arms length. Probably something he will continue.
