More check points, more zero tolerance, more tickets, more money for Andy.  Priceless.

Another reason to secede from downstate

Obviously them law-makers have way too much time on their hands and feel they need to protect us from ourselves again.

Don't worry though...I'm quite sure the 'sheeple' will re-elect them!

What if you've been driving through snow and you get covered again? This really stinks. Not as much as Benito himself but it does stink. Congrats to all you party line golfers. Hope you enjoy your freedom, as it were.

I saw a State Trooper with one headlight out - that's 2 points.

Must have got that idea out of Canada. A few weeks ago a guy got pulled over up there with his car almost completely covered, except for a little peep hole.

We already laws against driving with snow on your car.

There is already a law in the books for this type of driving behavior. It's called reckless driving.

Now,this is ridiculous..it used to be fun as a kid to drive through the snow that blew off the car ahead of you,and our parents didn't freak out because they knew, news flash, the car is heavier than the the at most ten pounds of snow..and you drive through it,takes a second, yet people will drive through whiteouts to get to Syracuse, should we outlaw whiteouts too? Next thing is you cant drive on the streets unless your car is freshly washed and waxed,no matter what time of the year..

I propose a law where any new law requires getting rid of 10 existing laws.

You can bet the downstate boys will allow Maid Addie a break so she can vote in favor of this nonsense. She can be depended on to do as she is told.

Wah wah wah from the regular finger-pointers here...

408 nailed this one. It IS already illegal to do so. Well before the Paddie Club was in office.

Why don't they just pass a law that states if they want to stop you, they can? That's all these laws amount to. They won't pull over a 50k car on State for this. It will be a 5k car that belongs to a young man they wanted to stop anyway.

6:56, for once thinking people agree with your little middle school post. But if there was a law already, and there is, why propose another layer of BS? Only idiots like you, who love government, can explain it. The only reason you are responding here is you are embarrassed, or should be. Vote Donkey. They will provide you with tissues so you can cry all you want.

Isn't this law discriminatory against people in northern NY? They have to drive through more snow, at least until glooobal warming kicks in.
