Youngest mayor in NY to take office in Oswego | syracuse.com

Twenty five year old Billy Barlow has an early start in politics and a $40,000 a year job for four years as the state's youngest mayor. Mayor Barlow of the port city of Oswego was elected last fall over Democrat Amy Tressidor.

Oswego is under 20,000 people, but is an important hub and home to a large SUNY college.      Best wishes to Mayor Barlow.

Isnt Amy Tressidor the daughter of Stan Morrill the SLC legislator who just passed?

I don't envy the job he has ahead. With the nuke plant gone, there will be difficulties. It's fortunate the Benito jumped right in and threatened the rotten company. I hate business.
