WDT: Another Salt Pile Causes Woes

Another one of those DOT salt piles is causing trouble for neighbors. This one in Pitcairn in the Big County.  Haven't heard the political recriminations like in Orleans, but the issue of salt getting into well water is the same.

Scoop! Addie in fight for her life, has just $138 in her campaign warchest. Compare to BBush, with $25K, or any of these others in CNY region.

Is the DOT guilty of contaminating tax payer's water? If they are they would be giving free water to the victims. Oh yeah - they have been giving free water for years - GUILTY AS CHARGED! This is NOT a politicians game to play. It is the health of innocent people at stake!

The Republicans want Addies job so bad nothing short of a murder is possible. When the dust has cleared you will find out without a doubt they are still in the minority but now nothing will get done up here..
I,m interested to see if the mayor of Ogdensburg is going to take the bull by the horns and lead the charge to get a new city attorney and make a new judge appointment or is this still Bill Nelsons leading the way.

No PattyPlate should help them, but the DOT needs to pay for it if they caused the problem, not make the people pay, Even if a district is created and it's reasonable in cost, you still have the issue of salt storage, mandate snow tires for all cars, do away with the "bare road" policy the state has, we'll all be better off..
