Watertown's New Car and Dog Wash

A new car wash with a unique twist is open on Bradley Street.  County Legislator Anthony Doldo   has opened the Tiny Bubbles Car and Dog Wash.   There are three car bays and two for dogs.

Save money - strap your hound to the roof of the car and get a two-fer!

Did the WLDC or the JCIDA fund it??

If its owned by county lawmaker, I am sure it is overpriced and does a crappy job, much like the County. Heck, maybe you get a free bottle of Red Stag with every dog wash.

Only if you are in a JeffCo Sheriff cruiser 330

Methinks this was poorly thought out.

A second generation business is expanding with something new to our area and all you guys do is try to shoot it down.

I suspect anyone who can run a privately owned business AND serve as a county elected official has done research and invested a lot of personal capital.

Kudos Mr. Doldo.

I went through the carwash this week. It is a great addition to that section of the city. I'll become a regular, just as I am at the General Store. Anthony is an entrepreneur who is willing to invest in a new business. How many other smallbusiness owners are willing to do the same?

Okay let me tell you about it all. Because I went over and looked it over. The car wash is a new two stall wash. Very nice modern set up. Not expensive. Set up in a easy to use format. The dog wash thing is a small room up front. Self serve cleaning stations or you can call ahead and have a groomer do the work. Anthony was glad to show me the whole set up, as he would for you. Good man. It has been a long time coming, they should have had a business on that corner years ago. Good for Mr. Doldo. He is a great guy and I am proud of his service to us. Business should be his middle name.

Anthony, Mego, Ritchie, Patsy----they are the greatest of the Doldo family.
"Tiny" is greatly missed---he was a generous, kind and honest man.

The others? Well, I respect the above.

I think it is great. Good traffic and a major route for many. General Store food is very good - especially the cabbage rolls, stuffed peppers. Having a carwash makes perfect sense.

And I bet he did it without incentives.

He can't be a local but he is!!!!

Anthony and his wife are very nice people, who try to provide a service, to we the people. That's how people get ahead in this world.

The last thing I want to put in my clean car is a wet dog. But I'm sure the car wash will do fine if it's maintained. Hear that Davidsons?
