Stephen Gostkowski of New England Patriots misses extra point, ending nine-year streak

Making the extra point a little more difficult has added a dimension to football as we saw today when the Pats missed an XP early in the game, forcing them to go for two points with seconds left in a bid to tie the Broncos.

No longer is the XP a lock. Of course Tom Brady's missed opportunities didn't help either.

Never mind that. How about them Carolina Panthers?

It wasn't the kick that killed them, it was the Denver defense. I've never seen the Pats passing game shut down so completely.

Great love seeing pretty boy sitting out the Super Bowl , It is harder to play against a great defense when you are forced to use FULLY inflated balls.;)

His balls were inflated? Now that is mile high.

I have the same feeling about the Patruots not making it to the Super Bowl as I do about the baseball players involved in the performance enhancing drug scandals not making it into the hall of fame. If you cheat and get caught, eventually it catches up with you. Actually, come to think of it, the same thing could be said for a lot of disgraced politicians. Karma is a bitch! LOL.
