Politics Intensifies

These are good times for political junkies what with the Internet and cable news nets...On the eve of the Iowa caucuses, I've been watching the coverage of various speeches and getting to know all of the new political reporters which on NBC are both intelligent and easy to look at.
It is an amazing amount of attention for an event that is only the first step in allocating the state's delegates to the new national conventions.
I also saw a photo from CPAC in Albany of Assembly candidate Russ Finley with Rep. Chris Gibson who is running for the GOP nod for Governor in 2018.

Mr. Finley is going to compete with John Byrne for the Republican nomination to run against Assemblywoman Addie Russell. Thing like CPAC are not well understood up here where political coverage is sparse, but its interesting to follow these things and if I hear anything I'll let you know.

Jeff, you'd be a great political reporter with your Mizzou degree and time in office, but you don't pass the smell test with you know who.

Jeffie, Jeffie Jeffie hope your posters aren't deceived by these photo ops. Lots of people that pose for photo shots and with certain individuals are clueless about the people that really will be the go to people to get the endorsement nod.

Oh my, One or both are despised by many within the party.

I would have thought Finley had more political animal instincts, crash and burn

I thought Findley was done mucking up elections and went to selling houses?

Russ, Hear that Astorino called out the so called conservatives, not by name per se but all know the one you got caught having a photo taken with.

Hope Bynes didn't beat you with the 'right' shot with Paladino or Astorino who will both be higher up on the pecking order than the one you posed with.

Oh well

One of the most important things to know about CPAC is that it's in DC and isn't for another couple months, moron.
