Drones Deployed for Media Coverage of Storm

The sprawling storm rolliing through the Mid-Atlantic states is snarling traffic and leaving residents with little option than to spend the weekend at home, till warmer temperatures melt it away next week.
One aspect of news coverage of this storm is the drone's-eye view.  News crews are launching their own eyes in the sky as is the public, all to show what's going on  from a couple hundred feet or less.
It's a visual media and anything to make the storm more fun to watch is welcome. This is an easy and low cost way to jazz up the news.

Watched on idiot reporter jump out of his van with a yardstick to measure the newfallen snow, grand total,4 inches..another one, riding on reportedly slick ice covered roads, turned around in her seat facing the camera as someone else drives down the interstate,no seatbelt, while telling people they should not be out traveling.

Jay-Lo, make sure you close the shade on your Pent house bathroom while you come out of the shower or all those drones will cause a whole lot of crashes down below....

Like we've never seen snow. Can't wait to see them get run over while standing in the highway.

One of the media jackals said there was zero visibility yet I could see at least a quarter of a mile behind her! IT'S WINTER - IT'S A SNOW STORM!

2:18, was she doing the obligatory walk toward the camera routine. Pirsick was the one who loved that stunt. It's required now.
