Clearly NY was quicker to open the check book than Indiana or Texas.

Those other states, especially Texas, have other job opportunities for their citizens. Here in NY, Benito steps in, buys some jobs with taxpayer money, and screws the kids in the long run. But we like it. Vote Donkey and keep the scheme alive.

Hey 846 just look what the WLDC and JCIDA does, and the new industrial park on Bradley St. got fast-tracked to shovel ready for the well-connected...................

The state's checkbook didn't open until after Alcoa had made its announcement. It will be interesting to see if Indiana and Texas let those jobs go quietly into the night. One might also wonder if this move is a reaction to keeping the Massena smelter operational.

8:10, you may be right. But I'll bet the majority of the Texas workers already have new jobs lined up. Here I BenitoLand, all the folks could do is get on welfare, or leave. Hey, it's not Cuomo's voting base anyway. Let them go somewhere else to live. If they are connected, let them work for the state.
